A very good knife. I have some expensive stainless steel, but this carbon steel knife is actually sharper, easier to sharp, and retain sharpness better than more expensive knifes. Geometry came little bit wrong (too thick and didnt keep a correct form of the edge), but if you enjoy knifes, you should have some sharpening stone to correct geometry from time to time. It took me 5 minutes on the #240, 5 minutes on #800, 5 minutes #1200 and finally 5 minutes on shapton glass #2000 to have razor sharp knife. Im actually extremely happy with the purchase, considering the price and the excellent knife it is
