We don't allow cancel sourcing product(s) from supplier, once we have proceeded.
Cancelled orders will be refunded in full minus 5% of the transaction or JPY 500 whichever is grater for payment processing fees. This is to cover the cost for the initial payment and for the processing the refund.
*If the cancellation reason is our fault(Out of stock, damaged product), we refund in full and take our responsibility.
